Once you've accidentally established that something is unrealistic in your campaign, you have to double down on it. Do not change it to make it realistic. Use it as a point of interest and difference from the real world. Luxuriate in the sheer impossibility and stupidity of it.
You'll thank us later.

This isn't an asteroid field, this is a bunch of randomly moving giant space rocks! The other players better hope the GM doesn't send any First Order ships after them, otherwise Jim is going to use the ship as bait again. I don't think the First Order would use bounty hunters, however, so they're probably safe on that front.
A throne of skulls for an evil overlord? Okay, it's hard to beat the aesthetics of that, but that would be so uncomfortable to sit on. Sure, you can add a cushion to cover up the sharp edges, but now it's a skull throne with a fluffy pillow in the middle of it. No, a throne of skulls isn't a good idea, unless you're making your visitors sit on it. Then you can have totally normal conversations about whatever and occasionally ask if your visitors have anything to personally contribute to the throne to make it better to keep them with, I mean on, their toes.
Anyway, Rey better be very careful moving forward. Phenomenal cosmic power always comes with drawbacks of some kind, and I don't think humans are especially skilled at size changing to fit their houses.

Rey: All right, let’s amscray.
GM: Kylo?
Kylo Ren: I let them go. A little humanising introspection will make the villainy hit harder.
Finn: Is there an asteroid field in nearby space?
GM: Uh... <roll>... Sure.
Finn: We hide there to regroup and plan.
Rey: That was kinda neat.
Finn: Neat? You zapped a ship and blew up Chewie.
Rey: I didn’t mean to blow him up. Not really.
Rey: I just felt this phenomenal cosmic power. It felt... amazing.
BB-8: This is how it starts. First it’s lightning bolts. Then black robes. Next thing you know it’s a throne made of skulls.
Rey: Oooh. Throne of Skulls.
