There's a lot to be said for anticipation. End sessions with some sort of hint as to what is to come the next you get together. Don't just end with everyone happy and rested at an inn and wondering what adventure might befall them next. Have some sort of setup ready that leads into the next adventure and drop the hook at the end of the session.
You're resting and celebrating in the tavern after successfully clearing out the Caves of Corruption. Towards the end of the evening, as the townsfolk have all disappeared to turn in for the night, a furtive figure in a grey cloak approaches you. "It seems you are worthy swords for hire. I have a job for you. It involves sneaking into the Royal Palace to deliver a message to one of the Queen's handmaidens. Are you up for it?"
This keeps players excited to show up next time!

Huh, for some reason I'd thought Rose would be sticking around with Finn. I wonder why the split up. Did something happen so the writers don't want them in the same group any more? The lack of party splitting is an interesting change though. That means we'll only have three perspectives we can bounce between; Tatooine, Jungle Planet, and wherever Kylo/First Order happens to be.
Pete wants to chat with Sally as an aside after everyone else has moved one? That's not suspicious at all. I think that'll be a thing between Rey and Kylo. I can't see Pete wanting to have Artoo plan anything out with Kanata, and there's that vision thing that happened with Rey and Kylo earlier. Kanata and Rey could be a thing, but that feels unlikely. And comedy between Artoo and Threepio is just too awkward to plan.

GM: Okay, so who’s going to Tatooine?
Rey: Let’s see. Me, Poe, Finn, Chewie, Threepio, and BB-8.
GM: That’s... exactly one character for everyone.
Rey: Yeah, Artoo will analyse the liquefied space-time. Best done on base with Leia. And Rose. And Kanata, I guess. Is that a problem?
GM: No, I’m just.... You’re effectively not splitting the party.
Rey: Gotta give you a break sometimes.
GM: Thanks. Speaking of breaks, we should probably pick this up again next time.
Rey: Annie, can I get your recording again, to make sure I didn’t miss any clues?
Finn: Sure, Pete.
GM: You know other GMs don’t have players who treat the game like CSI: Force Visions?
Rey: Yeah, I’m not in their games.
GM: They really have no idea what they’re missing.
Poe: Great game! Thanks everyone!
Chewbacca: Yep! See you next time.
Poe: Looking forward to exploration and adventure!
Chewbacca: Ah, the frisson of imperilment.
BB-8: I can’t wait to fall into some random pit on Tatooine.
Rey: Sally, got a sec for a quick chat?
