After the deleted scene which we used for the last two strips, the film itself picks up here, with Qui-Gon and Anakin running to the ship for no well-explained reason. The deleted scene actually explains why they are running, and without it there doesn't really seem to be any good reason for it, because the audience never sees that they are aware someone is after them.

So it's baffling (at least to us) why that short scene was cut.
