Qi’ra: We have two prisoners for you.
Jim: Sally, you can play Quay Tolsite, the alien prison warden.
Quay Tolsite: This is the gulag Orron III. There is no stockade. No guard tower. No electronic frontier.
Quay Tolsite: I don’t have good conduct programs. Inmates here have no say in what they do; they do as they’re told.
Quay Tolsite: Punishment means exile from prison to the surface. On the surface, nothing can survive. Work badly and you will die.
Quay Tolsite: A few people have tried to escape. Most of them have been recaptured; those that haven’t have been killed. No one has ever escaped from Orron III. And no one ever will!
