People of any import in your world should have reputations. Not necessarily good ones.
Adventuring heroes who make any sort of impact on the world are of import. People might have heard things about them. Not necessarily good things.
Reputations don't need to be based on someone's major or good achievements. Someone who slew a dragon and saved the kingdom might have a reputation as "that guy who is terrified of ponies" or "the one who ran naked after a clothing thief".
Just pick your party's most embarrassing moments and have villagers everywhere talk about those, not about the monster-slaying stuff.

Oooo, a tracked vehicle! Or maybe a track vehicle judging from the lack of top parts. We don't get to see too many of those in Star Wars. Would it be too much to hope we get to see it in action soon? A high speed chase of some kind with a vehicle like that would be amazing.
And hey! It really is Lando! Nice to see they got Billy Dee back. Or at the very least, an extremely good lookalike. It's curious that he's on Tatooine though. I guess Lando got tired of hanging out with the Rebellion or having his head in the clouds? Or perhaps there's actually some Resistance thing on Tatooine. I guess it wouldn't be the first time, but given that this planet has been used for so many other things, it wouldn't be my first choice for trying to hide a base of operations on.

Lando: Here’s my vehicle. {Lando leads the way to a vehicle which has one giant track surrounding the whole cabin, between two giant wheels at front and back}
Lando: Climb aboard.
Lando: Let me just take this helmet off. Can’t be to careful out there. {removes helmet}
Chewbacca: We brought the Falcon back for you.
Lando: That’s great, Chewie! Where is it?
C-3PO: Rey here parked about four kilometres away.
Lando: Rey Amidala. I’ve heard a lot about you.
C-3PO: On top of a bantha skeleton.
Lando: So the rumours are true.
Finn: I’m Finn. It’s an honour to meet you.
Poe: Poe Dameron. Ace pilot. Visionary mission planner.
Lando: So what can I do for you?
Poe: You need to arrest us!
Lando: Should I ask what the charge is, or just assume “too stupid to survive”?
