One thing you can do in a fantastic game of make-believe is revel in the ludicrous shambles of your disasters. Real world failure tends to be stressful and depressing. But failure in a game? You can just enjoy it for how ridiculously bad it is.
You should enjoy it, because it'll probably happen a lot!

..... This happened? I mean, it obviously did because here's the clips of it. But why would this ever have been a good idea for the movie in the first place? Seriously, is the only purpose of this bomber fleet to get clowned on by accidents while refusing to shoot back? I know there were lots of complaints about Episode IX, but this seems really bad on its own. This is like the reverse of the usual "only flak clouds are dangerous"; heck, we even just had an X-wing shown flying through the same kind of mess and it was fine! I know I'd guessed that the whole Resistance fleet was gonna get blown up, but I'd thought they'd at least put up a fight along the way. I'm going to be quite disappointed if the rest of the bomber fleet goes out the same way with none of the major First Order ships getting blown up in exchange.

Nix Jerd: You got it, Paige.
[SFX]: klik {Nix Jerd hits the arming button}
Allan: I shoot that PIE!
GM: The one heading straight for the bombers?
Allan: Yeah! 10!
[SFX]: pow! pow!
[SFX]: kaboom!
GM: <roll> You wing it. The rest of the PIE... <roll> careens towards this bomber.
GM: <roll> The bombs explode.
[SFX]: Boom!!
[SFX]: Kaboom!
GM: <roll> Giant shrapnel chunks hit other bombers, setting off a chain reaction.
[SFX]: Kaboom! Kaboom!
Paige: ... At least it was spectacular.
[SFX]: Kaboom! {reflected in Allan’s cockpit glass}
Allan: Awesome.
