Nothing good ever comes after "I have some interesting news". Especially in the middle of a vehicle chase scene with accompanying shooting. That is not the time to be bringing up "interesting news".

Which of course makes it the perfect thing to do so in a game situation. If you are acting as the GameMaster, you can have various NPCs bring up the interesting news. Or if you are a player, you can adopt the line yourself at appropriately hair-raising and dangerous moments.

Leia: Set course for these coordinates.
Chewbacca: I have some interesting news.
[SFX]: Pow! Pow! pow!
Leia: I don't care, Chewie! Go into hyperspace!
Han: Hey, I'm the pilot here! Chewie, get us into hyperspace.
Chewbacca: My dear chap, you are making a categorical error.
Han: Yeah! A categorical error, that's right. You tell her!
Chewbacca: By which I mean, you are assuming we have a working hyperdrive. When in fact we have four entirely separate hyperdrive components.
Han: Wow, that's even better.
Chewbacca: My priority was to get the ship off the planet and invulnerable to the vagaries of the vacuum.
Chewbacca: I need a good 3 or 4 hours to finish reinstalling the hyperdrive.
Leia: Okay, okay, we can do that. I'll fly evasion. Han, you man the guns.
Han: Cool! On it!
Leia: Wait, no... we need a competent gunner. I'll man the guns. You fly.
Leia: Wait... no...
Leia: Oh crud.
